How does Highlight work?

Modified on Tue, 30 Jun at 1:11 PM

Once you've joined the community, you'll receive opt-in opportunities to see if you are a good fit for the product test.

If you qualify in that opt-in, you'll be notified via email on next steps, including dates of the study and tracking information for your package. Detailed instructions for how to complete your product test would be found in your Highlighter account.

Then, you let us know what you think! We want to hear your feedback - if you've got questions, compliments, or concerns, we've got time to listen.

Important to Note:

• Completing your surveys on time is essential to being a part of the community.
• Failure to complete surveys on time, according to the deadlines, will result in your account being deactivated.
